We are very proud to announce the installation of our new Aeronaut Elektron cutting table at our Solo Sails loft in West Cornwall.
Our new cutting machine has been producing the most accurately cut sails we’ve ever built so far. We’re very excited about having full control over our design, cut and build process and all in-house!
This added quality control over our sailmaking process means that our customers gain the benefit of quicker turnarounds, as well as cheaper retail prices!!!
We’re so pleased with its performance and accuracy here at Solo Sails, that we’re also currently offering a 50% discount to encourage all Sailmakers to give us a trial run with their own cutting requirements.
We can blade cut all materials including Carbon and Aramids with widths up to 1.7m at a full length cut of 7.2m.
We can work with most common file types, and can supply nesting services to those that need a complete cutting soloution.
